If you are worried about whether or not your pet needs a vet, then 1 Call Advice Direct can help you make the decision.

We are a 24 hour advice line manned by veterinary qualified and experienced advisers. If you have any concerns over your animal's health you can call the Advice Line and receive impartial advice that will help you to decide how urgently veterinary attention is necessary for your animal. This service can be used at any time of day or night. It can give you the assurance that you are not disturbing your busy vet unnecessarily nor putting your animal at risk by leaving a potentially dangerous situation to develop to a critical and perhaps life threatening stage. This will save you the cost of call out or consultation if the condition is non-critical.

The service is currently being further improved so that we will soon be able to put you through to a local vet should your animal require emergency attention.
